A highly effective scale inhibitor intended for desalination plants that operate on river and sea salts that contain high levels of sulfates and ionized silica.
Properties
- Highly effective scale inhibitor.
- Newly developed formula.
- High value for calcium tolerance.
- High chelating and dispersing capabilities and its ability to raise the threshold for the formation of precipitate crystals (such as crystalline crystals in the case of precipitation of sulfate salts) and thus higher effectiveness in preventing precipitation resulting from calcium salts, sulfite, silicates, carbonates, and others.
Usage:
- An anti-scale agent intended for desalination plants that operate on river and sea salts that contain high levels of sulfates and ionized silica.
- Actual use at 48,000 ppm salinity.
- It is used to prevent the formation of deposits resulting from sulfate salts, carbonates, silicates, metal oxides, and other harmful salt deposits on station membranes.
Dosage and method of use:
- Dilute the product by adding it to the injection tank and adding distilled water to the tank (or water produced from the desalination plant, provided that its salts do not exceed 50 ppm)
- The amount of anti-scale added depends on the chemical analysis of the incoming water to be desalinated.
- The highest dose is not more than 15 mg per liter.
Features and benefits:
- Compatible with all types of membranes.
- Your film Toure Hydrontakis and others.
- Manufactured according to German specifications.
- The company holds ISO certificates.
- Increasing the life of membranes by preserving them from deposits.
- Reduces the use of acids and other chemicals.
- Reduces wear and tear on connections at the station.
- Increases the efficiency of the station’s work.
- Competitive economic price for high quality.
